1.LLC “Inter-Pack Ukraine” constantly carries out all labor relations in full accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
2. All labor relations carried out by LLC “Inter-Pack Ukraine” are always voluntary and based on mutual consent, without the threat of punishment.
3. LLC “Inter-Pack Ukraine” does not and will not use the labor of children under the age of 14.
4. LLC “Inter-Pack Ukraine” does not use and will not use the labor of children aged 14 to 18 years.
5. LLC “Inter-Pack Ukraine” does not use and will not use forced or compulsory labor (within the Article 2 of Convention No. 29 of the International Labor Organization).
6. LLC “Inter-Pack Ukraine” does not use any additional requirements and conditions when appointing to any positions other than qualified ones and others provided by the current legislation of Ukraine.
7. LLC “Inter-Pack Ukraine” does not and will not prevent its own employees from creating or joining existing employee organizations (including, but not limited to, trade unions) if this does not contradict the current legislation of Ukraine.
8. LLC “Inter-Pack Ukraine” does not and will not prevent its own employees from creating or changing existing statutes and rules of employee organizations (including, but not limited to, trade unions) if this does not contradict the current legislation of Ukraine and if such statutes and rules will not conflict with the Rules of Internal Labor Regulations of LLC “Inter-Pack Ukraine”.
9. LLC “Inter-Pack Ukraine” respects the rights of its own employees to engage in legal activities related to the creation, joining or assistance of employee organizations, or to refrain from doing so, and will not discriminate or punish employees for realization these rights.
10. LLC “Inter-Pack Ukraine” commits to negotiate in good faith with legally established employee organizations and/or properly elected representatives and to make every effort to conclude a collective agreement in the event that such employee organizations are legally established and/or representatives are duly selected and will start the relevant negotiations.
